On X (formerly Twitter), tipster Ahmed Qwaider (@AhmedQwaider888) claims that Samsung will provide a 24-megapixel default camera resolution on the Galaxy S24 Ultra. It would be a significant improvement over the Galaxy S23 Ultra, which has a 12-megapixel default camera resolution if this rumor is true. The most recent iPhone 15 series from Apple also has a 24-megapixel camera by default.

The tipster also states that a Photo Remaster feature will be included with the launch of the Samsung Galaxy S24 Ultra. The newest Galaxy Book 4 laptops come with an AI-based function that helps automatically eliminate shadows and reflections from images. Three settings are probably included: Delete, Remaster, and Portrait. According to reports, the phone also has a neutral-density filter, or ND filter, which can be used to modify the lighting in RAW photos without affecting the colors.

An AI-supported object-aware engine and a 200-megapixel quad back camera unit are expected to be included in the Galaxy S24 Ultra. A 12-megapixel ultra-wide angle sensor, a 50-megapixel sensor with a 5-x telephoto lens, and a 10-megapixel sensor with a 10-x telephoto lens are the suggested components of the camera configuration. It is stated that the rear camera system supports 8K video recording with optical image stabilization (OIS).

It is anticipated that Qualcomm’s latest Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 SoC, which features overclocked GPU and CPU cores, would power Samsung’s Galaxy S24 Ultra. It is rumored to have titanium frames and to provide longer battery life, it probably uses innovative EV battery technology.
